Football Recap: Hemphill Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Thursday just wasn't the day for Hemphill's offense. They were outmatched by the San Augustine Wolves and fell 49-0. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Brady Layne threw for 29 yards on four of nine attempts.

San Augustine's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ti'Javian Burrell, who rushed for eight yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 28 yards and one TD.

Hemphill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for San Augustine, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
