Jasper waltzed into their contest on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ashdown Panthers 68-31. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 29 points or more this season.

Blake Williams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Floyd, who posted 13 points.

Jasper's win bumped their record up to 10-1.

Coming up, Jasper won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lead Hill at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Pirates will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Ashdown, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Prescott at 7:00 p.m. on December 16.
