Football Game Preview: Niles Vikings vs. Vicksburg Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Niles Vikings will head out to face off against the Vicksburg Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Niles is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Niles' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 49-0 victory over Three Rivers. Considering the Vikings have won three games by more than 29 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Vicksburg and Otsego were almost perfectly matched up, but Vicksburg suffered a 32-31 defeat. Vicksburg was up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Niles will have to contain Travis Hostetler as he made an impact in Vicksburg's last game. He picked up 151 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 63 yards and one TD.

Niles' win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Vicksburg, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Everything came up roses for Niles against Vicksburg in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-7 victory. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
