Basketball Game Preview: Britton-Hecla Braves vs. Florence/Henry Falcons

The Britton-Hecla Braves will take on the Florence/Henry Falcons at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Britton-Hecla is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

While Britton-Hecla didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They snuck past Wilmot with a 50-44 victory on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Florence/Henry). They walked away with a 76-69 win over Northwestern Area on Tuesday.

Britton-Hecla pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Florence/Henry, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
