Lexington has gone a perfect 10-0 against Scottsbluff recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Minutemen will take on the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. Lexington will be strutting in after a win while Scottsbluff will be coming in after a loss.

Lexington barely beat Crete the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Minutemen blew past the Cardinals 5-2 on Saturday. With Lexington ahead 4-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Scottsbluff entered their matchup against Elkhorn North on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bearcats lost 5-2 to Elkhorn North. While losing is never fun, Scottsbluff can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked 41st, while Elkhorn North are ranked seventh).

The victory made it two in a row for Lexington and bumps their season record up to 9-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. As for Scottsbluff, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4-1.

Lexington took their victory against Scottsbluff in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Minutemen since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
