Marbury is a perfect 8-0 against Valley since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Marbury Bulldogs will face off against the Valley Rams at 7:00 p.m. Marbury's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Tuesday. Marbury took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Holtville. The loss was Marbury's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Valley put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Beauregard by a score of 4-2.

Manuel Fernandez and Jose Diaz scored all four of Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Marbury, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1.

Marbury beat Valley by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 3-2. Will Marbury repeat their success, or does Valley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
