Football Recap: Richwoods Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Richwoods kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the Normal Community Ironmen 40-6. The Knights gained 121 more yards on the day, but it was the Ironmen that made the best use of them.

When it comes to explaining why Richwoods lost, don't look at Landon Carroll. Despite the final result, he threw for 134 yards and three TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries.
