Baseball Recap: North Port Takes a Loss

North Port was the 4-3 winner over Hardee when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. North Port fell just short of Hardee by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Port's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Hardee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

North Port wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 11-3 loss against Barron Collier on the 24th. As for Hardee, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Riverview Sarasota at 6:30 p.m.
