Volleyball Recap: Chicago Christian Gets the Win

Chicago Christian saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Maryville Christian Lions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Luke Herrmann paced Chicago Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Herrmann got some help from Malachi Krestel and his 14 assists. Sam Jager controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

The victory got Chicago Christian back to even at 3-3. As for Maryville Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-3.

Chicago Christian has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Father McGivney Catholic on the 29th. As for Maryville Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Duchesne on the 29th.
