After a string of five wins, Eisenhower's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Cochranton Cardinals. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Knights have suffered since September 16th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-14, 25-15.

Layla Edwards paced Eisenhower's offense, picking up seven kills. Edwards got some help from Lexi Pascuzzi and her seven assists. Finally, Riley Robinault kept Eisenhower's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Cochranton, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-3.

Eisenhower has already played their next contest (against Saegertown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Cochranton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Corry on the 11th.
