A Season-Best Performance from Alarion Russell Leads Bryan over Benson

Alarion Russell produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bryan to the win on Friday. Russell rushed for 177 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries.

With the win, Bryan broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5. Russell and Bryan will square off against Lincoln East at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Isaiah Morgan Has Career-Day on Friday

Bryan was led to victory by Isaiah Morgan, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Morgan rushed for 240 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Unfortunately for Benson, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Morgan. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Morgan saw the Bunnies), he rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries.

Lincoln East now has a winning record of 4-3. Campbell and Lincoln East will square off against Bryan at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
