Baseball Recap: Hernando Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Hernando lost against Nature Coast Tech last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Leopards fell 7-4 to the Sharks.

Cody Whitelaw made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Hernando's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-11. As for Nature Coast Tech, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-7.

While Hernando had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
