Basketball Recap: Seminole County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Quitman County on Friday, Seminole County came back down to earth. The Seminole County Indians took a 48-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pelham Hornets. The matchup marked the Indians' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Seminole County's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Pelham, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.

Seminole County will take on Mitchell County in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pelham and Miller County will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
