Soccer Recap: Pana Takes a Loss

Pana lost against Hillsboro back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers came up short against the Hiltoppers, falling 3-0. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Pana it sure didn't stay that way.

Pana has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9-1 record this season. As for Hillsboro, they moved to 7-8 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Pana has already played their next matchup, an 8-0 loss against Athens/PORTA on the 8th. As for Hillsboro, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Staunton on the 8th.
