Chaparral is a perfect 10-0 against ThunderRidge since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Wolverines will be playing at home against the Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Chaparral's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while ThunderRidge has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Tuesday, Chaparral made easy work of Douglas County and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Chaparral walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-17.

Meanwhile, ThunderRidge lost 3-0 to Legend on Tuesday.

ThunderRidge took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-16.

ThunderRidge's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Chaparral, their victory bumped their record up to 14-3.

Chaparral took their win against ThunderRidge in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Wolverines repeat their success, or do the Grizzlies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
