Aaron Phillips Game Report: @ Lansing

Leavenworth was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Aaron Phillips did his best to prevent it. Phillips produced his best game of the campaign: he scored two runs while going 2-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Even though Phillips couldn't lead Leavenworth over Lansing, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The PIONEERS have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
