Our Lady of the Sacred Heart's Joseph Serventi rumbled for the longest rushing play in WPIAL A Big Seven this season in his game against Western Beaver last week. Serventi ran for 69 yards on the play and finished with 75 on the day as his team lost to the Golden Beavers.
Western Beaver moved up to 244 from 316 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Matt Gray's team climbed the ranks as a result of beating Our Lady of the Sacred Heart 30-13.
Union Area's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Anthony Rush threw for 110 yards and Elijah Waters had 60 yards receiving.
