Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Donivan Dixon stepped things up a notch to give Cactus Shadows the 'W'. Dixon rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, and also threw for 302 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt. The effort marked the most rushing touchdowns he has had since back in September of 2024.

Dixon and Cactus Shadows will face off against Camelback at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Spartans thanks in part to Dixon: he rushed for 125 yards and three scores on only eight carries, and also threw for 120 yards and one touchdown.
