Wellsboro lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Canton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. The Hornets were the clear victors by an 18-5 margin over the Warriors on Thursday. Maxwell Mascho was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Wellsboro is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-7 otherwise.
