Los Fresnos won against San Benito last Saturday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Falcons blew past the Veterans Memorial Chargers 10-1. Considering the Falcons have won 11 matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Josh Laster looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

The win (which was Los Fresnos' third in a row) raised their record to 17-3-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Veterans Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Los Fresnos has already played their next game, a 10-1 win against Harlingen on the 4th. As for Veterans Memorial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against San Benito on the 4th.
