Baseball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 14-4 to the West Genesee Wildcats. If the Red Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 12-4 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for West Genesee, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fulton will host Oswego at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last five games the Bucs have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for West Genesee, they will square off against Auburn at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
