Soccer Recap: Effingham County Takes a Loss

Effingham County came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-1 to the Greenbrier Wolfpack. Effingham County were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Effingham County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Greenbrier, they pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Effingham County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Greenbrier, they will challenge Glynn Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
