Football Preview: Cabrillo Conquistadores vs. Carpinteria Warriors
The Cabrillo Conquistadores have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome the Carpinteria Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cabrillo is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 35.7 points per game this season.

Meanwhile, Carpinteria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The matchup between them and Whittier wasn't particularly close, with Carpinteria falling 20-6. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.
Cabrillo pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Carpinteria, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
