Walla Walla has gone a perfect 10-0 against Hermiston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Blue Devils will take on the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Walla Walla and four for Hermiston.

Last Tuesday, Walla Walla came up short against Pasco and fell 8-4. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly four runs.

Meanwhile, Hermiston fell victim to Kamiakin and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Braves. The game marked the first time this year in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Walla Walla now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Hermiston, they now also have a losing record of 3-4.

Walla Walla was able to grind out a solid victory over Hermiston in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 12-8. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
