Viewmont is a perfect 3-0 against Clearfield since April of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Vikings will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 3:30 p.m. Clearfield took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Viewmont, who comes in off a win.

Viewmont proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by four) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past Roy 2-1. The game was the first time Viewmont have beaten Roy on their pitch since April 20, 2018.

Meanwhile, Clearfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was Bonneville who was credited with the win. The Lakers got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to Clearfield's three.

Clearfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Viewmont, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything went Viewmont's way against Clearfield when the teams last played back in March, as Viewmont made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
