Northwest Ohio's top pitcher this week was
Kevin Kline. He accumulated two wins and eight strikeouts.
Patrick Henry (17-8, 5-3) is riding a league-best 4-game winning streak. In the past week, the Patriots won another three games, including a 3-1 victory over Liberty-Benton.
Austin Christman led the lineup this week with five hits and two RBIs.
The Patriots' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing eight hits and nine walks to lead the league in both categories. Patrick Henry has given up a mere 148 hits on the year in addition to compiling 154 strikeouts. Kline is the leader in that category with 61 Ks on the season.
