Volleyball Recap: Fillmore's Win Ends 11-Game Losing Streak at Home

After losing to Providence the last time they met, Fillmore decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Flashes walked away with a 3-1 win over the Patriots on Tuesday.

Fillmore's victory ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-14. As for Providence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fillmore will venture away from home to take on Channel Islands at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Providence, they will head out to square off against Laguna Blanca at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
