Cranston East was handed a seven-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Narragansett Mariners. The victory was some much needed relief for Cranston East as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Julia Hale and Yennesis Estremera scored all three of Cranston East's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Cranston East's win bumped their record up to 3-4-2. As for Narragansett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5-1.
