Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Roosevelt was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Jefferson on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Roughriders took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McDaniel Mountain Lions on Thursday. The Roughriders were not able to make up for their loss to the Mountain Lions from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for McDaniel, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Roosevelt will face off against rival Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, McDaniel is set to challenge their familiar foe Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
