Softball Recap: Nettleton Raiders vs. Batesville Pioneers
Nettleton waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Batesville Pioneers by a score of 9-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2023.
Kennedy Massey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
