Basketball Recap: East Lawrence Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Lawrence lost against Lawrence County back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles took a 64-45 bruising from the Red Devils.

Jackson Smith continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lawrence County, dropping a double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds. Those 16 boards gave Smith a new career-high. Ben Newton was another key player, putting up 12 points and six rebounds.

East Lawrence dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lawrence County, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
