Homestead came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Palmetto Panthers. The Broncos' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-16.

Homestead's offense was headlined by Pablo Ruiz and Gilbert Reyes, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Karon Williams and his ten assists.

Homestead's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Palmetto, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.

Homestead didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against North Miami on the 17th. As for Palmetto, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Columbus on the 16th.
