Bennington waltzed into their match on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wahoo Warriors. This was payback for the Badgers, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Bennington not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Wahoo between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17.

Hayden Liebsack paced Bennington's offense, picking up nine kills. Liebsack got some help from Kate Sebree and her 13 assists. Liebsack also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Trina Schroeder, each putting up two.

Bennington's win bumped their record up to 21-9. As for Wahoo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-19 record this season.

Bennington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Duchesne on the 23rd. As for Wahoo, they will take on Roncalli Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
