Baseball Recap: Goshen Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Goshen's offense. They fell just short of the New Richmond Lions by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Goshen's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for New Richmond, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

While Goshen had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
