Soccer Recap: Plainfield East Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Plainfield East and Naperville North squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Plainfield East had to settle for second. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Plainfield East can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 153rd, while Naperville North are ranked 14th).

Plainfield East now has a losing record of 9-10-2. As for Naperville North, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5-3.

As of now, neither Plainfield East nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
