Ingomar hadn't done well against Bruce recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Ingomar came out on top against Bruce by a score of 11-7. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 7-5 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for Ingomar and bumps their season record up to 2-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.0 runs over those games. As for Bruce, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ingomar will take on Calhoun City at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bruce, they will challenge West Union at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
