Dynamic duo of Joel Toribio and Harrison Cohen lead Olympic Heights to victory

The Olympic Heights Lions had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They escaped with a win against Dr. Joaquin Garcia by the margin of a single free throw, 49-48.

Olympic Heights was led to victory by Joel Toribio and Harrison Cohen. Toribio scored 15 points along with three steals, while Cohen scored 18 points along with eight rebounds. The contest was Cohen's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sebastian Kamalzadeh, who scored seven points.

Olympic Heights' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points per game. As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
