Softball Recap: Clarke Comes Up Short

Clarke lost against Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont back in May, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell 5-2 to the Rockets. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clarke's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7.

Clarke has already played their next matchup, a 5-1 defeat against Dowling Catholic on the 13th. As for Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-3 victory against Moravia on the 13th.
