Ridgeland managed to keep up with Hampton County until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Ridgeland came up short against Hampton County, falling 4-0. Ridgeland has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ridgeland's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hampton County, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Ridgeland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hampton County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bridges Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
