Glenelg has gone a perfect 10-0 against Atholton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Gladiators will be playing in front of their home fans against the Raiders at 4:00 p.m. Glenelg's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Atholton's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Glenelg's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Mt. Hebron as they made off with a 10-0 win. The Gladiators haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Atholton lost 19-8 to Long Reach on Wednesday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tatiana Maltez-Rosales made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with three RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Madeline Skaggs, who went 2-for-3 with one triple.

Glenelg pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Atholton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1.

Everything went Glenelg's way against Atholton when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Glenelg made off with a 20-2 win. Will the Gladiators repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
