Friday just wasn't the day for Mountain View's offense. They lost 3-0 to Bowie on Friday. Mountain View have struggled against Bowie recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Irvin narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Clint 2-1.

Irvin has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
