Soccer Recap: Ignacio vs. Montezuma-Cortez
After flying high against Del Norte on Thursday, Ignacio came back down to earth. The Ignacio Bobcats fell victim to a rough 9-0 defeat at the hands of the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Ignacio of the 4-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.
Ignacio's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Montezuma-Cortez, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
