Baseball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison was the 5-4 winner over Churchill when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Madison Mavericks took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Churchill Chargers on Thursday.

Madison now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Churchill, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-7 record.

Coming up, Madison will venture away from home to square off against Reagan at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Churchill, they will host Clark at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
