Basketball Recap: Mullin Takes a Loss

Mullin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were dealt a 74-22 defeat at the hands of the Cherokee Indians. The Bulldogs lost against the Indians in their previous head to head back in December of 2015, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 46-38 score last time.

Mullin's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Cherokee, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Mullin will take on Brookesmith at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cherokee, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lometa at 6:00 p.m.
