Despite the loss, Garfield Heights had strong showings from Journey Rencher, who scored 14 points, and Stacia Mobley, who scored 12 points.
Garfield Heights' loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Ravenna, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.
Garfield Heights will take on Shaw at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Shaw is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Ravenna, they will head out on the road to challenge Coventry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (Coventry is ranked 674th, while Ravenna is ranked 653rd).
