Basketball Recap: Ravenwood Comes Up Short at Home Against Warren County + How To Watch

Ravenwood unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 44-43 to the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Despite the loss, Ravenwood still got an impressive performance from Dallas Stallings, who made all 9 shots he took from beyond the arc racking up 31 points along with five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooks Caudill, who posted 26 points.

Warren County was led to victory by Devin Fish and Corban Felton. Fish shot 71% from the field en route to 13 points, while Felton scored 12 points. Luke Simpson was another key player, putting up two points.

Ravenwood has already played their next game (against Wilson Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Warren County, they will challenge Walker Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
