It was a good run, but Kempsville unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. Neither they nor the Salem Sundevils could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Kempsville's first draw of the season.

Kempsville's draw makes their record 5-1-1 this season. As for Salem, they moved theirs to 5-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kempsville will head out to square off against Princess Anne at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Salem, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Landstown at 5:15 p.m. on the 22nd. Salem are facing Landstown at the right time seeing as Landstown are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
