After only one  run in their last  matchup, Ocoee made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Lake Buena Vista  on Wednesday. The Knights put the hurt on the Vipers with a sharp  16-1 win. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by ten  runs or more this season.
The team  relied heavily on  Kylie Holden, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-2. She also  hit a  triple, marking her first of the season.  Shyanne Marble was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.
 Holden wasn't the only one making solid contact: Ocoee  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Buena Vista only managed two  hits.
Ocoee is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lake Buena Vista, they dropped their record down to 8-8 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ocoee will square off against St. Cloud at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Lake Buena Vista, they will challenge Apopka at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
