Virgin Valley has gone a perfect 4-0 against Cristo Rey St. Viator recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Royals at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Virgin Valley's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Cristo Rey St. Viator has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

Virgin Valley is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nevada's top teams: Somerset Academy Losee, who was ranked 22nd at the time (Virgin Valley was ranked ninth). The Bulldogs came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won five in a row.

Virgin Valley was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 24-26, 25-14, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Cristo Rey St. Viator lost 3-0 to Moapa Valley on Monday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-18.

Virgin Valley's victory bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Cristo Rey St. Viator, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.
