Volleyball Recap: Clover Comes Up Short

Clover entered their match against Northwestern on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Blue Eagles came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. The Blue Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 16-4. As for Northwestern, they moved to 2-10 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Clover is set to take on their familiar foe Indian Land at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northwestern will challenge rival Fort Mill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
